Alberto Scotti
Alberto Scotti graduated summa cum laude (110/110 cum laude) from the Faculty of Law at the University of Parma in 1968. Registered with the Bar since 1971, he has been a partner of the firm since 1992 and is a Supreme Court lawyer.
His activity focuses on banking and financial law, representing credit institutions both in litigation and advisory matters. He also maintains a practice in civil, commercial and bankruptcy law, having worked on some of the region’s most significant insolvency procedures. Before joining the Firm, Alberto served as General Counsel at Cassa di Risparmio di Parma e Piacenza, where he gained experience in banking law and financial regulation.
He is a member of AIGI (Italian Association of Corporate Lawyers) and the Rotary Club. Beyond his legal career, Alberto was part of the Italian National Volleyball Team and won the Italian championship in 1969. He also served as National President of the National Union of Sports Veterans and President of the Parma Section of Panathlon International. He speaks Italian and English.
Giuseppe Scotti
Giuseppe Scotti, lawyer since 1999 and partner since 2000, is active in civil and commercial litigation and has developed his practice in arbitration law also as an arbitrator, corporate law, corporate crisis and international law. He has assisted clients in M&A operations, share purchases and controlling shareholding packages, as well as other corporate operations. Giuseppe is also a qualified mediator.
He graduated with honors from the University of Parma in 1996 and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Michigan Law School in 2006. Before joining the firm, he gained experience at international law firms in Milan, Bologna, Paris and New York.
Giuseppe is a member of international professional associations, honorary member of AIJA (Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats), member of INSOL EUROPE, UIA (Union Internationale des Avocats), IBA (International Bar Association) and founding member of Legalmondo. He has been a Rotarian since 2016.
He is a native Italian speaker, speaks fluent English and French and has basic knowledge of Russian.
Andrea Monti
Andrea Monti graduated from the University of Parma and has been registered with the Parma Bar since 2004. He joined the firm in 2000 and became a partner in 2017.
A qualified mediator, Andrea’s activity develops mainly in civil and commercial law with particular attention to banking and financial law, assisting credit institutions both in judicial and extrajudicial matters. He is qualified as a sales delegate.
He speaks fluent Italian and English.
Nicola Guerra
Nicola Guerra graduated with top marks from the Faculty of Law at the University of Parma in 2007. He joined the firm immediately after graduation and became a partner in 2017.
His activity focuses on civil law and commercial law, with particular attention to banking law and enforcement procedures, both real estate and movable property, having the qualification of sales delegate. He provides assistance and advice to clients in resolving issues before competent authorities, demonstrating analytical capabilities and strategic thinking. He is registered in the List of Professional Sales Delegates pursuant to art. 179 ter implementing provisions of the c.p.c. at the Court of Parma, as well as in the List of Lawyer Managers of the Over-indebtedness Crisis Composition Body of the Parma Bar Association.

Barbara Ugolotti
Barbara Ugolotti graduated from the University of Parma and is registered with the Parma Bar Association. She joined the Firm in 2018. Her activity focuses on civil law with prominent attention to family law and succession matters, leases, civil liability and debt recovery, offering assistance both in judicial and extrajudicial matters.
She speaks Italian and English.
Gian Marco Bruno
Gian Marco Bruno graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Parma in 2022 and has been registered with the Parma Bar since 2024. He joined the firm in 2021 as a trainee. Since 2024 he has been an adjunct lecturer in Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Parma.
His activity focuses on civil law, with attention to commercial law and crisis and insolvency law. He is able to provide assistance and advice to clients both at the judicial level before competent authorities and extrajudicially.
