A Century of Legal Practice
Founded in 1913 by Arturo Scotti (1), the Firm represents one of Parma’s historic law firms, with over a century of uninterrupted legal practice. Through four generations, we have maintained our founding principles inspired by study, research and diligence while evolving to meet the constantly changing needs of our clients in an increasingly complex legal landscape.
Our Expertise
We are an independent firm with expertise in specific areas of law. The Firm, composed of four partners and two associates, handles civil and commercial litigation while providing out-of-court advisory services. We deal with public procurement, real estate transactions, restructuring operations and insolvency procedures, as well as cross-border litigation and arbitration. Our practice extends to assistance in banking and financial litigation for institutions and corporate clients. In corporate matters, we have assisted our clients in share purchase transactions, as well as other corporate operations and M&A. We have also developed a dedicated debt recovery department for banks, companies and servicers.
