Our expertise extends to drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, as well as more generally M&A operations, venture capital and joint ventures.
insolvency and corporate crisis
We have been dealing with insolvency matters for over thirty years. We handle corporate crisis in all its phases, from debt restructuring to access to minor procedures and negotiated composition, operating both as lawyers for the entrepreneur and as advisors to the banking system. We assist various stakeholders in insolvency procedures and litigation including trustees, administrators, and statutory auditors in liability actions.
International Law and International Trade Law
We deal with private international law and international trade law, handling transnational legal issues. Our professionals have developed expertise in the preparation and review of international contracts, with reference to sales and commercial distribution contracts (agency, sales distributorship, and franchising). We are able to assist foreign clients in their operations in Italy, as well as Italian companies in their activities beyond national borders.

We handle aspects of traditional civil law and have developed expertise in real estate law and property rights matters, lease agreements, succession planning and civil liability disputes.
Arbitration and Mediation
We have participated in numerous arbitration proceedings both as arbitrators and as lawyers in corporate and commercial disputes, national and international, also thanks to collaboration with foreign professionals from the networks to which we belong.
